Sinotrans Global Network Conference 2017 was held in Beijing on 10th and 11th of October. The Vice president of Sinotrans Ltd; General Manager of China Merchants Logistics Holding Co.,Ltd Mr. Song Rong, The Vice President of Sinotrans Ltd Mr. Yu Jianmin Mr. Wu Xueming, The Board Secretary of Sinotrans Ltd Mr. Li Shichu attended the meeting.
Themed "Deepen cooperation, win together", the Conference invited over 240 representatives from more than 50 countries and regions across the world, including Sinotrans Freight Management Division, Logistics Development Division, E-commerce Division, Land Transportation Division, Project Transportation Division, Energy Logistics Division, Sinoagent, Sinotrans Logistics Development Co., Sinoair, Sinotrans-Heavy-lift Co., and overseas business managers of local Sinotrans offices, along with Sinotrans overseas companies and agencies.
The Vice president of Sinotrans Ltd Mr. Wu Xueming gave the opening speech. He introduced the global economy and the development trend of logistics market, the logistics restructuring of China Merchants Group and Sinotrans, Sinotrans' "13th Five-Year" strategic planning, as well as gave the recommendations on how to deepen the cooperation between Sinotrans and its global network.
The Vice president of FIATA Mr. Ivan Petrov delivered a speech to congratulate the successful convening of the Sinotrans Global Network Conference 2017 and thanks to Sinotrans for the support to FIATA over the years.
The General Manager of Freight Management Division of Sinotrans Ltd Mr. Jerry Wang gave the keynote speech (Deepen cooperation, win together). The report introduced the domestic and international economic situation and the recent integration and operation of Sinotrans. Centered along the main line of Sinotrans development strategy, he continued introducing the company's target of building the world-class integrated logistics platform and the construction status of three sectors and five channels, furthermore, gave specific ideas and suggestions on strengthening the interaction and cooperation with Sinotrans oversea partners. The oversea partners namely: Kuehne Nagel, Broekman Group, LogisticaSuradiaz and PishahangTarabar Co., also shared cooperation experiences with Sinotrans, and expressed the thoughts on further deepen cooperation. Sinotrans Freight management division, Logistics development division, E-commerce division, Land transportation division and Sinoair introduced the transformation of three business sectors and the construction of five channels. Sinotrans South China, Sinotrans Central China company, Sinotrans Eastern Company and Sinotrans Changjiang Company also promoted their service advantages in the region and expressed the needs and suggestions on overseas business cooperation.
The conference fully showed Sinotrans' diversified service ability and the vision of building a world-class integrated logistics platform to overseas partners. At the same time, enhanced the confidence for overseas' partners on multi-level and multi-range business cooperation with Sinotrans.
On the next day, domestic delegates and overseas partners had the one to one meeting. Through face-to-face communication, both parties had enhanced mutual trust, explored more business opportunities, and earnestly practiced the theme of "deepen cooperation, win together.
During the Conference, representatives from Sinotrans different offices and overseas partners showed highly attentions and focuses. All the participants of the Conference had given great compliments on the well-knitted organization of the affair. Through the Conference, Sinotrans was able to enhance the commutation with its global partners, promote its 13th Five Year strategic planning, as well as playing a positive role on constructing company's overseas channel and exploring more overseas business.
